Please read the following information about your class:

LOCATION: Please arrive at 31-00 47th Ave Ste. 1155 Long Island City NY, 11101 (1st floor next to Uber office)

 TIMECheck-In at 8:45 AM - class starts at 9:00 am and runs until 3:00 PM

* STUDENTS WON’T BE ALLOWED TO ENTER CLASS AFTER 9:00 AM*

GETTING HERE

We recommend taking the subway. The 7 train at 33 St - Rawson St Station is the closest station.

If arriving by car, note that parking can be hard to find.

- The Falchi building offers parking (Mon to Fri) for a $15 flat rate from 7 am - 6:30 pm. The entrance is on 31 st

 WHAT TO BRING:

·       You must bring your driver's license.

·       If you are renewing your TLC license, please bring it with you.

Please be sure to attend – our occupancy limit has been reduced, and rescheduling is difficult.  If you miss your class, you will be charged $25.00 to reschedule your appointment.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, please email us at  This email address is being protected from spambots. NYC Driver Institute’s Refund Policies and Procedures.

I certify that I understand all the terms and conditions given and explained to me upon registering for my class/classes with NYC Driver Institute. I understand that I am eligible to receive credit for my class/classes if I ATTEND & COMPLETE ALL scheduled classes.  This includes STAYING THROUGHOUT the entire duration of the class.  I understand that upon the instructor’s directive I MUST SIGN IN the course roster at the BEGINNING of the class and SIGN OUT at the END of the class.  I understand that if I do not sign in and sign out the roster, I WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR MY CLASS/CLASSES.  If I miss a class/classes for any reason, a $25.00 FEE IS DUE PRIOR TO RESCHEDULING A MAKE-UP SESSION.  I understand that appointments for make-up sessions will be scheduled upon the school’s availability. I understand I MUST ARRIVE ON TIME TO CLASS.  I will be considered late to class if I arrive more than 10 minutes past the scheduled time.  If so, I will be unable to attend class, and my class will have to be rescheduled. 

 REFUND POLICY:

·         100% for courses canceled by the school.

·         50% with written request via email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or in person 24 hours prior to the day of class.

·         No refunds for same day cancellations.  There will be a $25.00 fee to reschedule your class for the next eligible date.

·         Students that have gone through the check-in process will not be eligible for a refund.

·        No refunds will be granted for students that miss their class appointment. A $25.00 fee is due prior rescheduling the class missed.  Rescheduling is based on the school’s availability.
