Please read the following information about your class:

LOCATION: Please arrive at 31-00 47th Ave Ste. 1155 Long Island City NY, 11101 (1st floor next to Uber office)

TIMECheck-In at 8:45 AM – Class starts at 9:00 AM and runs until 1:30 PM (with a Break). Please arrive 30 min before your class starts.

GETTING HERE

We recommend taking the subway. The 7 train at 33 St - Rawson St Station is the closest station.

If arriving by car, note that parking can be hard to find.

The Falchi building offers parking (Mon to Fri) for a $15 flat rate from 7 am - 6:30 pm. The entrance is on the 31st St.

WHAT TO BRING:

· Driver's License & TLC License

Dear TLC applicant or Driver,

We would like to inform you that to receive credit for the TLC Passenger Assistance and WAV Accessible Vehicle Training Course, or the TLC Driver License Renewal Course you must complete the full course, including completing each step of the physical hands-on passenger securements process in its entirety, under the following conditions and without any exemptions:

- Without assistance from the instructor;

- In a fully functioning wheelchair accessible vehicle;

- With all required equipment in good working condition, and another person role playing as a
passenger sitting in a wheelchair.

REFUND POLICY:

100% class refund for courses cancelled by the school.

100% class refund with a written request via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. 3 days prior to the 1st day of class.  The student should also follow up once the email is sent by calling 718-255-9500.

50% class refund with a written request via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on the same day of class. The student should also follow up once the email is sent by calling 718-255-9500.

***Students that have gone through the check-in process will not be eligible for a refund.

***No refunds will be granted for students that miss their class appointment. Students are eligible to reschedule their classes based upon paying a $25.00 service fee and the school’s availability.

*Please be aware that classes are subject to be canceled or rescheduled at any time.  If this happens, you will be notified via EMAIL and phone call
